First site visit
Let's get acquainted!
We are at your disposal to understand your project.
What are your tastes, your desires, your needs, your budget ...?

Presentation of your project
Your expectations come true!
Within 2 to 3 months (the deadlines may vary depending on the number of projects already in progress) following the validation of the estimate, we will provide you with a file including (according to the validated estimate):
. the inventory plan
. the project plan with electrical installations
. custom-made furniture elevations
(according to the needs of the project)
. 3D visuals
. a moodboard of materials and colors
. A list of commercial furniture and decorative items (we collaborate with more than 700 Design brands)
Following this presentation, modifications on some points of the project will be possible.

Preparation and start-up of the site
Take out the toolbox, the work begins!
The company provides you with a detailed estimate for all the work and takes into account the back-planning and estimated deadlines of the project.
After validation of the works estimate, we give the partner company the plans necessary for the execution of the site.
The works can start and your main contact is now the project manager. This one carries out the site follow-up.

Estimate of your project
Following our visit to you!
We will send you a first estimate corresponding to your project within about 1 week.
It is possible to request a quote using the form to be completed below, in order to best meet your expectations, we recommend that you detail your needs with great precision.
The quotation received remains an estimate as long as the project is not final.

Validation of stakeholders
Who will accompany you on this adventure?
2 options are available to you:
Option 1: You have already chosen your speakers.
In this case, they will be based on the plans and visuals provided in the 3rd step. And our mission ends here at step 4.
Option 2: You trust us in the choice of speakers.
In this case, we work in close collaboration and we write the job description for them. We organize an on-site visit with the project manager.
(this option is only valid on St Barth and Lausanne)
